Questions people ask
- What counts as an entry?
- A sale or purchase document — an invoice, estimate, challan, purchase inward or expense. Box designs, parties, godowns and users are never counted, so you can set the whole factory up on the free plan and only meet the limit once you are trading.
- What happens when I hit 40?
- The account becomes read-only for new entries. Nothing is hidden, nothing is deleted, and everything stays exportable. The allowance resets at the start of your next month.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Plans are monthly and you can stop whenever you like. Your data stays yours and can be exported at any time.
- Do you handle GST returns?
- No, and deliberately so. BoxVyapar tracks what your factory makes, consumes and wastes. Your accountant keeps doing the accounting.
